Process optimization for product quality
Our processes ensure customers have the highest quality castings in the industry. Our custom and proprietary vertical green sand molding process maintains controlled chemistry and dimensions so your iron castings have minimized post-process machining requirements. For casting engineers, our design engineering and high volume melting capabilities ensure consistency. Overall, we’re able to deliver the highest quality and overall total manufacturing value in the industry.
Metallurgic measures
