Gary
Gigante - Chief Executive Officer
Gary began his career in metallurgy at
Waukesha Foundry before joining ThyssenKrupp
Waupaca in March of 1981. He started his
career at Waupaca as a Metallurgist and
served as Plant Manager in Marinette from 1986,
until he was promoted to Vice President of
Manufacturing in 2002. Gary held the position
of President and COO from 2004 until accepting
the position of CEO in July of 2007. Gary
graduated from the University of Wisconsin in
1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Metallurgical Engineering.

Gary
Garbe - Vice President - Human
Resources
Gary Garbe joined ThyssenKrupp Waupaca in 1973.
Before accepting HR responsibilities, Gary
held various manufacturing positions with
the company including production laborer,
Coreroom Supervisor, Molding Supervisor,
Production Superintendent, and Kaizen/JIT
Facilitator. Gary accepted the position of
Personnel Manager in 1993, was promoted to
Director of Human Resources in 2005, and
assumed the responsibilities of Vice President
- Human Resources in July of 2007. Gary earned
a Business Administration Certificate from
Indiana University in 2005.

Kris
Pfaehler - Vice President - Sales &
Marketing
Kris Pfaehler joined ThyssenKrupp Waupaca in 2007
as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Kris had
previously held executive sales and business
development positions with Meridian Magnesium,
as Vice President, Global Business Development,
with STRATTEC Security Corporation as Vice President,
Marketing & Sales, and with the Talon Automotive Group,
as Vice President, Sales & Business Development. He
began his career in 1976 with American Motors. Kris
received an undergraduate business degree from the
University of Michigan - Dearborn, and an MA degree
from Marygrove College in Detroit.

Juergen
H. Zirnstein – Chief Financial Officer
Juergen Zirnstein joined ThyssenKrupp
Waupaca in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to ThyssenKrupp Waupaca, Mr. Zirnstein
was an executive with ThyssenKrupp Stahl
Service Center GMBH in Germany. He joined
ThyssenKrupp as an apprentice wholesale
and export trader in 1979. Since 1986,
he held several senior management positions,
including Assistant to the Managing Board,
Head of Administration -ThyssenKrupp Stahl
Service Center-Mannheim, Plant Manager-Mannheim
and Head of IT for TK Stahl Service GMBH. He
joined TKS-NA in 2000 as the CFO and was
promoted to President and CFO in 2003. In 2005
Lagermex S.A. was added to his area of
responsibilities. He earned his bachelors
degree in applied sciences at the Facchhochule
Technik in Manheim and his master's degree
in economic and social studies at the university
of Rhineland-Palatinate. He is a member of the
Board of Directors of TKS-NA, Lagermex S.A.
de C.V., Tailor Welded Blanks, American German
Chamber of Commerce and the Atlantike Brücke.
He is currently one of the Directors of Worlbridge
at Wayne State University.
